Do not use! Absolutely terrible service. Workmanship is disgusting, uses only cheap materials!

Not good experience with our kitchen renovation.
Untrained staff been deployed.
Very poor quality of work been done.
Very disappointing

Had a very bad experience with sunny and team as they did renovate our full kitchen starting in May 2025 and finish it Feb 2026.
As they broke our new oven while installing and told us that they will fix the oven or buy new one for us and install it.
And they took over 8 months to fix our oven and reinstall it. Very disappointing
And the quality of their work was very poor as they put untrained staff to do our kitchen units which are not installed professionally which we paid for.
Be careful while giving any house contract to them .

Recently has Sunny and his team to transform my spare bedroom... wow what can I say, he turned up Sunday and the bedroom was being installed Wednesday. Great Service, the team cleaned up as they worked. Great Customer Experience received.

Excellent company you can trust from the beggining to the end! We had a whole bedroom wardrobes designed and fitted for my child room.it was for his birthday present, and New Flair made anything possible to do it for us in very short time, which I am really grateful for. Fitter guys worked with us during the whole fitting process, informing us for any little details. Always checked with us if we are happy with everything. They worked very clean All the time, never left any mess behind. I highly recommend New Flair, you will never be disappointed of you choose to go with them! it's just amazing company which you can always trust! Had wardrobes designed, manufactured and fitted. New Flair helped in choosing materials, designs and ways to use space. They showed us digital mock ups of the designs before manufacture and gave a very competitive quote.

Manufacture was completed within 2 weeks and fitting took 1 day. The wardrobes are amazing quality, and installed perfectly. All staff members are friendly and professional, they are flexible to suit the customer. Could not recommend them enough.

Will be going back to them in the future.

Highly recommended, we had fitted wardrobes and a built tv unit. Best quote and workmanship around the West Midlands, all staff very friendly and helpful. They definitely work around customers and manage to fit us in from start -designing to finish this was completed in 2 weeks! The job only took the guys 2 days to complete!!! Amazing job, thank you very much!!

Fantastic company! I had a kitchen fitted recently, everything was done on time so we could have our beautiful kitchen for Christmas, they have planned my design in 3D before hand so I could see what exactly my kitchen would look like after it was finished. I'm very happy with the results.

I had a fitted wardrobe installed in a tight small bedroom. New Flair were excellent at taking into account my worries about space and storage in such a small bedroom. They considered all options, took into account exactly what I wanted, analysed and provided information about what would be most suitable. Now that the wardrobe is installed, I’m extremely happy with the service - from the initial consultation to the carpenters/installation. The service was fast and effective, and all staff were super polite and considerate.

Everything as planned. Very pleased with wardrobes. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a new bedroom. All staff are friendly and helpful from sales right through to fitters. The bedroom was installed in one day with very little mess.

Great experience from start to finish. Mr sunny (owner) in store was absolutely fantastic. Truly a gentleman that made you feel really at home and was more concerned about your needs than making the sale. The staff in the showroom was very helpful as well.
From the very helpful no pressure from Mr sunny (owner) through to the extremely friendly fitters the service was excellent. Excellent team of guys who worked well together. They arrived on time, kept the place clean and completed the Kitchen installation within the time stated. The fitters really seemed to enjoy their work and obviously took great pride in ensuring everything was as we wanted. Would recommend to anyone.
