Disappointing quality and no...
Bought an expensive watch as a Christmas gift, advertised as handmade. The quality was extremely poor. It arrived in a plain white box with no instructions, warranty, or paperwork. The date function didn’t work.
I emailed the seller twice and received no response. There’s no phone number to contact them. My son had to pay a jeweller to fix the fault himself.
This does not feel like a legitimate, quality product, I would not recommend this seller.
UPDATE - so the day after i wrote this review the seller emailed me with apologies saying emails hadnt reached him but he has now corrected the problem. He offered to refund the cost of repair. So I promptly emailed him back with the cost of the repair....NO RESPONSE! Perhaps this review platform is the only way of making contact with him!
