Buyer Beware!!

I received 2 Hibiscus plants. One was fantastic, while the other "Cookies and Cream ", was a twig. I emailed the Company that same day with pictures, and have not heard anything from them. I've sent 2 emails to this company. Needless to say the Hibiscus died within 2 days. I'm not asking for my money back,just a replacement plant. I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I was a First Time Buyer. The fact that they have chosen NOT to respond, says a lot about this Company. Now, I'm going to go through PayPal to get my money back. I grow Hibiscus 43 and counting, and I'm always looking to add to my collection. I love supporting family owned businesses. In conclusion, I would not recommend this company, and have advised my garden club. You won't succeed in business if you don't take care of your customers Pete.
