It's easy to write a 5* review when everything goes smoothly and without incident. We actually had issues - we hired NHIG and a couple of issues that were discussed as "things to look out for" at the start of the project came to pass, and there were delays a result.
Rather than argue, haggle or blame others, NHIG owned the problem, took it on the chin and continued to deliver. As a result we got a great quality outcome, maybe 1 day late (when it could have been weeks had they not worked so hard to figure out the best ways around the problem).
I always say I prefer to judge companies based on what they do when things go wrong, than when things go right - you get to see a glimpse of who they really are at that point. And I have to say, thank you NHIG for your attitude and solution-focused work. The guys on-site were lovely, and the back office worked to address all our anxious silly-customer queries.
Would definitely recommend!
