Been running their bot on Binance for a couple months now. Setup wasn't instant - took me a day or two to get everything configured properly, but their support walked me through it without making me feel stupid. Once it was up, it just... worked. No constant babysitting required. I checked the analytics dashboard maybe once a week and the data was actually readable, not buried in charts. Not magical profits or anything, but steady and consistent which is honestly what I wanted.

TTheir after-sales service is really poor — I don’t recommend going with them.

They already have many customers, yet they haven’t added enough staff or customer support to handle them properly. This is unacceptable. And if you try to complain, they will insult you instead of helping.

Also, don’t trust their so-called “refund policy.” They won’t refund you even a single cent.

They will provide you with a “preset” that they claim works, but in reality, none of them do. Even after I tried adjusting the settings myself, nothing changed. When I asked them about it, they blamed me for “not understanding.”

Please save your money — there are many other companies out there that are far more trustworthy than this one.

hello , from 6 month ago I asked them to send new update for me , but they never answered to email , also in live chat when I ask same request the don't answer more and left the chat

I bought the New Hope Trader EA.
But after a short time I had financial difficulties.
I wanted to use the "Refund" privilege stated on the site newhope.uk.com
The "Refund" feature is present on the New Hope Inc. website.
I contacted the technical support manager Ivan via Telegram.
I asked to use the "Refund" service, this service is available on their website.
The money was not returned to me.
I was blocked from accessing the New Hope Trader advisor.

As a result, after a long argument with a technical support representative Ivan (in the Telegram channel),
New Hope Inc left me:
1. without cash (2000 dollars)
2. no New Hope Trader advisor
4. complete disregard on the part of Ivan's representative

Due to family reasons, I asked to use the Refund feature.

Received a refusal from Support in the Telegram channel with the name Ivan. Telegram correspondence saved. Ready to provide full correspondence.

The refund was refused. In a rough way. The message has been saved.

A few days later, access to the adviser was disabled without warning.

The statement of the representative of technical support of New Hope Inc - Ivan:
"You've abandoned your advisor."
It's not true: I requested a refund, not an adviser rejection.

Ivan, in a Telegram correspondence, offered to "work off the funds" that I paid for the New Hope adviser. He suggested the broker himself.
But in the end, New Hope Inc couldn't earn a single cent.

I asked to work out the funds spent for the adviser from another broker.
I opened an account with another broker recommended by New Hope Inc tech support and deposited funds.

Instead of re-trading,
Ivan from technical support stopped responding to my written messages in the Telegram channel.
Hasn't responded to my emails for 22 days.

In addition, New Hope Inc. was blocked in the main Telegram channel.

As a result, New Hope Inc left me
1. without cash (2000 dollars)
2. without New Hope Trader advisor
3. with a losing account with a broker offered by a representative of New Hope Inc.

Calling all potential buyers:
Be extremely careful with New Hope Inc.!

I spent $3000 to buy NewHope Fix API, which they shared with the EA that works with FXCM, then I opened a Fix API account at FXCM to trade. EA lost more $1000. I require another broker EA can work. They refused. Then I put the EA in the trash. They just want to take your money regardless of whether you earn it or not. New Hope are professional scammers - No Hope EA.

Id like your software and support, thank you New Hope and all team,guys helped me install and earn my first money on the orbex broker. Guys, in comparison with other companies, no one has such support! I gave 4 stars, because sometimes I got an answer the next day, but in an emergency they helped me immediately when I chose the wrong settings in the program..
