Fantastic Experience!

The pictures were absolutely stunning and worth the money! The staff are friendly, the photographer gave me ideas on how to pose, friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company if you want to join an agency.

I have had a wonderful experience from the second I walked in the door. Feeling slightly anxious, I was made to feel totally at ease with Kirsten , Ewa and the makeup artist.

Well the shoot was perfect
Well the shoot was perfect. But when it comes to my appearance refund £50,it comes in the form of 1 image not monetary format. If you don't stump up £550.00 minimum on the spot for a portfolio it's goodbye and thanks for coming.

We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your photoshoot experience and found the shoot itself to be perfect.
To clarify, the £50 booking deposit paid when securing an appointment is not a portfolio fee. As explained at the time of booking, the deposit is fully refundable or can be used towards image purchases on the day. Clients who choose not to purchase a portfolio are still able to redeem the value of their deposit against an image.
There is absolutely no obligation to purchase a portfolio package. All portfolio options, products and pricing are discussed after the photoshoot experience, allowing clients to make an informed decision based on the images produced. Many clients choose to purchase a package, while others simply enjoy the experience and redeem their deposit against an image.
We're sorry if you felt uncomfortable during the final consultation, as that is never our intention. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best moving forward. We noticed you left some great feedback as well which the team are very happy about. We would love to see you back at the studio in the future!
