We’re sorry to hear that you feel the website, Z card, and aftercare did not meet your expectations. These elements are included within your package, however they are part of a structured aftercare process which requires activation and communication following your shoot.

Our aftercare team is in place to guide you through this stage, including portfolio setup, Z card design, and ongoing support with agency submissions. We can see that this process may not have been fully completed in your case, and we would genuinely like the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Please contact our team directly so we can prioritise your account and ensure everything included in your Gold package is fulfilled as intended.
