Nothing went "wrong" but the process…
Nothing went "wrong" but the process was painfully slow and the request for documentation was never ending not concise. Constanly coming back to us for additional paperwork or for paperwork that was already submitted. Documents to sign were not correct multiple times. I could go on but I wont. Our rep was very nice but the whole process felt unorganized and slow.
