I order a stupid labubu,i paid but they didn't send the plush toy . The reason...u are may be a fraud,so we will take your money and u can go fok your slef. So the fraud like i am,i wish u all the worst and i hope u get bancropt fockers.

If you do not pay for some special shipment then they will not grant you your european right of a 14-day cancellation period, which is illegal.

When I was making order there was announced discount, announced price was 250 Euro and delivery in 48 h.
When I made the order final price was not 250, but 300 and I got only 10 Euro discount for the first order.
Then after 48 h I haven't receive order l turned with the question about it. I got an answer that they can't find order with this number and it was twice
. Finally I received the order. But delivery time was far from 48 h...
Regarding your answer. In case the price changes because of size you must write this too, but not say that you have now sale for this model from 300 to 250, this is confusing.
Also under this famous 48h delivery, you must also note, if in stock.
Those supposed to be a present and I needed them for certain date.
And yes, I saw my order in my profile, that's why it was confusing that in the chat I was unswered twice that my order couldn't be found.
So I still rest on my opinion that client service is not correct.

My husband bought me some work shoes
They were too small. They want to give $20 off next order. They want you to send back at your expense. Don’t say how to get you refund or if they will give you refund

ordered 2 labubu’s for pick up from the store, next day already could pick it up even tho it said 2 days! So very good. Friendly workers and real labubu’s, also everywhere else they sell into energy’s for 80-100 euros here i bought them for 60! For me they get a 10/10

Genuine quality, fast delivery

Saw ads this store sells Labubu and i search for it read some reviews and they say blue dots means 48hour delivery , because my niece wanted labubu for her birthday i buy for it 8 days before her birthday i thought 48hour delivery it definetly will arrive but hell no after 7th day i sent smg them they no not 48 hours its 3 to 14 days . Birthday is al gone still waithing i got trace code its says it is sent from spain it has not arrive 😒

I bought 2 pairs of trainers and they sent wrong ones and sizes they offered me 20 dollars voucher to order again instead of sending me the ones I ordered it end up costing me 30 pounds to send back and they never gave me the postage back do not buy you will regret it ne00036978

Poor customer service

I ordered Sonny Angels, and a week later, I received an email stating that the ones I had ordered were no longer available. In the online Store they still Seem to be available. They offered me alternatives, but I didn’t want them, so I requested a refund. The seller confirmed that I would get my money back, but to this day, I haven’t received anything.

A good choice of rare trainers. Communication was prompt via email. Good tracking via BPost.
