I recently went through a recruitment process with this company and, unfortunately, found the experience quite frustrating. There was a lot of back-and-forth when trying to arrange an initial interview, including missed telephone calls, which made the process feel disorganised from the start.
I eventually managed to have a phone conversation, which went well, and we agreed to arrange a face-to-face interview. I was also advised that a decision would be made by Friday, as I had made it clear I was actively seeking employment.
However, Friday passed with no update. I followed up on Monday, explaining that I had received other offers, but received no response. After reaching out again and still hearing nothing, I ultimately had to move forward and accept another opportunity.
From my perspective, communication is key in any recruitment process. Being clear, responsive, and honest—especially when candidates are actively job hunting—makes a significant difference. I hope this feedback is helpful and wish the company well in its future growth
