Fantastic service from the outset
Fantastic service from the outset, communication was excellent and timings for days out ran like clockwork.
Our tour manager ,Monica Debernardi,was superb.She was very professional but at the same time made our tours fun!
Our hotel, Promessi Sposi was really lovely (but very pricey) and the staff were wonderful especially the breakfast supervisor
( sorry don't remember her name) ,Lorenzo on the desk ,all the bar staff and the lovely ladies in housekeeping.
The tours themselves were excellent especially the Bernina Express which was the star of the show.

Musa was friendly
Musa was friendly, courteous and professional. She was extremely helpful with my initial query regarding the hotel in Italy, I was given the information requested with in minutes. During my conversation with Musa another issue came to light, she assured me she would escalate the matter and get back to me later in the day, she was as good as her word, within an hour or so she called me back with an answer, which resolved the issue. Very happy with the customer service I received from Musa today.

Holiday cancellation
When I had to cancel our holiday, because my husband had just died, I was told that I would loose 90% of the cost of the holiday, due to cancelling so close to the departure date.
At the end of the conversation, the person I had spoken with, asked me if I would rate his service, if I was sent a link, to which I replied, " My husband has just died.!! That's the last thing I want to do ".

Tony was a fantastic tour manager and…
Tony was a fantastic tour manager and catered to our every needs. We were 3 single ladies on this holiday to Belfast and it was ideal. We loved the hotel and it was in a great Central position. It was very comfortable and breakfast was great. The tour ticked all our wishlist and even the weather was kind for the most part. This is the 2nd Newmarket Holiday I've done and both have been excellent. I'm looking forward to the next 2 I've booked. They're great value for money and the guides are top class.
PS Tony advised about a discount code for future bookings. I had already booked 2 more holidays, one of which was over 15 months away (long haul). I was told I wasn't eligible for the discount as I'd already booked the holiday. I wasn't best pleased and let Newmarket know. As a gesture of goodwill and because I was a loyal customer, they gave me the discount (£100). Fantastic news and a fantastic company. I will be booking again with them.
