They send products about to expire
It looks like they get rid of old products without taking care of how buyers will use them.
I ordered 3 packages of the same cream (to use one after another of course) and noticed that the expiry date on all of them was as soon as in 3 month. I won't even finish a single tube before it will expire and I'll have to dispose it.
There is no free or convenient return, so I had to pay 10 euro to send those packages back, and I had to write emails to Newpharma to ask to proceed my return, because it didn't happen within time frames specified on the website.

Long delivery term
I ordered one item and chose for Mondial Relay delivery to their pock up point. Instead of claimed 48 hours it took more than a week to get my order. Really frustrating and disappointing 😞 I would think twice to make an order , because real terms do not coincide with reality

The shipping was fast, and the order was all there. But the lid on one of the jars (my baby's medicine) was broken.

Lower price, but for a reason
I chose this shop because of the range of products. However the limit for delivery options was annoying - I wish I just paid extra and chose a better service than Mondial. My box had a huge opening, and one of the products was also bit smashed (the box). There was no pakbon/receipt inside, and it was overall packed a bit sloppy.
One of the products, a cream in a tube, did not have a safety foil.
