Unfortunately, this was the last time I made an order with this company. The package was nowhere to be seen after 8 days after ordering. When I contacted the company, they told me it was lost. Then I got a message from the delivery service that my parcel is ready to be picked up. I went to the pick-up point, but the parcel was not there. So I asked Newpharma to resend the package. They told me that two out of the three products I ordered were no longer available. I then gave up on this saga. I ordered with another company and the delivery came the next day with no fuss and no problems.

I am happy with my buying experience from Newpharma. With good products, efficient delivery and quite nice custom service.

I have already ordered a few times from Newpharma. I am very satisfied customer, never had any problem with the order. Delivery is also perfect and recently had a chance to exchange emails with their customer service, one of the best I must say.

The packaging came damaged (inside plastic which is supposed to hold all the bottles was cracked). As a result - Not possible to present the set as a gift to my friend (as intended).

The item what I have ordered was not as it was supposed to (though I have used it before from other seller). After sending long email to a customer service I got one sentence answer. Won’t buy anything there again cause I can’t even return a damaged product

I already ordered 2x from NewPharma and both went perfectly + quick delivery. A little feedback : the track and trace link could be made a bit more noticeable in the delivery confirmation email as the first time around, I could not find it straight away.

Appreciate the free samples for skin products, in fact I will order one of those sample products.

I ordered on 29th March and I still have not received my order. Not even and email for the delay or any information on where my order is. Very disappointed.

Good smooth quick delivery and customer service! I would only suggest an easier way for return in case this occurs as you have to cover the transport yourself.
