Niet mogelijk abonnement op te zeggen…

Na eenvoudig aangaan van een abonnement op de site, had ik de volgende dag correcte toegang tot de gezochte artikelen. Helaas probeer ik nu al 14 dagen mijn abonnement op te zeggen, zonder resultaat. De telefonische methode is een dood spoor, alsook de mailing lijkt alleen op een automatisch antwoord uit te monden. De volgende stap wordt een aangetekend schrijven, maar ik vind het zeer spijtig dat een interessant blad het onmogelijk maakt om eenvoudig een abonnement te stoppen. Zo voelt het als oplichterij.

Gisteren een premium digitaal account…

Gisteren een premium digitaal account aangemaakt, helaas de app op mijn android tablet werkt niet, op de computer kan ik maar een fractie van de content zien. Ook klacht ingediend per mail, tot nu toe geen commentaar. Jammer want het is een interessant blad, daarom maar 1 ster!!!
