Unfit for purpose and far from intuitive

Far from being intuitive and easy to use this is probably the most troublesome software that I have attempted to use in 40 years as hands on professional in the IT business.

The major issue is the lack of instructions or useful videos to overcome the obscurity of how to assemble an email from scratch. This omission is made worse by support staff whose understanding of the application appears to be very limited.

If what you want is children's TV or candy coloured mails then using a ready made template could be just the job but for most businesses this method won't work.

I strongly suggest that you don't buy this product.

Looking for a well structured newsletter?

I have been looking for a great Newsletter program and found MailStyler... which is amazing by the way. I love the fact that I am not tied down with subscription services. I used Word-pad 2016 and Outlook 2016 to create my signatures. I found that my images were all over the place when they were received by different email providers. With MailStyler all my newsletters are spot on. There was no need for any training, and I cannot say enough about the support I received from Nikita. The templates are enough to grab one in a format that is close enough to my project. I highly recommend this software.

Version 2 greatly improves on version 1

Bought version 1 a couple of years ago. It was exactly what I was looking for. I upgraded to version 2 a few months ago and won't look back. Easy, simple to understand, truly responsive and there's no need to know how to code - for real! My boss is very happy for I get him great newsletters. I'm happy because he's happy. My wife so is very happy.
