As a tenant in in one of the properties they manage - I have needed to contact the New Space team (in particular Kim Rees) a few times over the years.

This has ranged from very minor routine issues to unexpected emergencies. Whatever the issue there has always been a prompt, appropriate, timely and professional response.

Reliably helpful, approachable and very good at chasing / interacting with other organisations as needed.

Kim has been great. Always replying very quickly to any of my questions or helping me to solve any issues with the flat !

From finding the property to managing it I found the process smooth and professional. During the tenancy, 4 months in, the washing machine broke and was replaced within 3 days. I honestly cannot fault these guys.
