Oh man I got a lot of details on this…

Oh man I got a lot of details on this one so buckle up.

First things first I was recommended this service from multiple AI's that said that it was a good way to get news quickly. This information is easily able to be accessed online and there are SEVERAL competitors that actual traders use that provide a better experience for a much lower price (I would look at those before going here).

The entire thing looks very cheap once you actually get into the software. Yes I had a bad experience with my trial that caused me to write this but several other factors contribute to it as well.

Service is weird, operating hours are weird, it honestly seems like it is being run by a handful of people. The "Squawking" for the news headlines is a soft voiced British dude that sounds like he is literally sitting on his couch speaking into a microphone. It is literally no different from have google voice read you a headline except it is more annoying, why would anyone pay for that?

Their refund policy is non-existent. So apparently this "service" or whatever you want to call it runs on a non-renewal policy. If you are unhappy with the service or find it to be useless (like I did) you are screwed out of your $400/month. I think they partially kind of know that their own service is bad which is why their subscriber count is so low for being in this space so they intentionally structure their refund to non-renewals so they can keep your money and not refund you for a poor service. BEWARE paying $400 for something that offers NO REFUND POLICY.

When reaching out to the representative to let him know that I will be reviewing the services he was very adamant on me not posting a review also stating that what I would say would be untruthful. I told him exactly what I would be posting and asked him how that is untruthful and he proceeded to say I was just mad because I wasn't gonna get a refund. I informed the representative Alec that I would post the entire screenshots of the conversation to my review for utmost transparency. The icing on the cake? They have a function to email your chat transcript and I tried doing it for 3 emails and it doesn't even work! They literally have broken functions on their own website lol.

All in all this is a poor choice to source news for trades especially if you want it quick and hey if you guys can ever get the chat transcript email function working feel free to update my review with the screenshots for everyone to see! Have a good day!
