I’ve been attending Moira’s classes…

I’ve been attending Moira’s classes from quite some time yoga yin & shake the dust .Moira’s practices are unique unlike classes that I’ve known from others instructors same routine constantly .

So what makes Moira’s practices different unique firstly Moira classes have variety for all abilities levels the theme changes every month & is explained in detail why & what the benefits this months bring .

Secondly after practice sessions I’ve a sense of uplifting regardless to how my mental state been before hand I always know I’ll feel completely different at the beginning of each session Moira distributes oils the have been blended by herself mindfulness is practiced before slowly awakening the body in preparation for practice again at the end of practice a different oil is offered

Thirdly the sense of community within practices we all greet embrace engage in conversation are invited to have a cup of tea homemade treats after practice no rush to leave .

If your looking for something that will elevate your mood give you a sense of calm mind body & spirit to have fun ( regardless of your capabilities ) be part of a community with new friends to meet . Practice with an instructor who conducts classes with care & passion .moira will nurture guide transform you to be your better self to assist encourage when you think you can’t get into a pose .you’ll build self confidence strength laugh be valued in the community we practice .

My experience of Yin Yoga and Yoga…

My experience of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with New Thoughts New Feelings Yoga has been genuinely restorative and thoughtfully delivered.

Moira creates a calm, supportive environment that allows you to fully step away from the pace of everyday life and focus on your own wellbeing. The Yin sessions are unhurried and intentional, giving you the time and space to release tension both physically and mentally. The Yoga Nidra is particularly impactful — deeply relaxing, well-guided and an effective way to reset and rebalance.

What stands out most is the quality of facilitation. The sessions are clearly designed with care and professionalism, striking a strong balance between structure and flexibility. There is no sense of pressure or performance; instead, you are encouraged to engage with the practice in a way that works for you.

For anyone seeking a more reflective, therapeutic approach to yoga, I would highly recommend this experience. It offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, restore and reconnect.

What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday

What a wonderful way to spend a Saturday evening.
The effort cate and attention that Moira applies to each and every class is exceptional. The themes of the asanas are always well chosen and the yin yoga on Saturday was no exception.. it was nurturing and nourishing and expertly explained..
The opportunity to have tea and cake afterwards and to chat the fellow class members helps reinforce the community that Moira has created.

It's the first time I have made a vision board... the wealth of material that Moira provided to help create my board was inspiring... Loved it .

Highly recommended precious ‘me time’

I always love Moira’s classes, she is a wonderful and gifted teacher who gives so much care and attention to every class member.

The yin yoga was super relaxing and the sweet treats and selection of hot drinks were lovely.

The vision board session was the icing on the cake. Loved doing this and it’s a powerful tool to keep me focused on what’s important to me.

I’d highly recommend this class for anyone who needs some precious ‘me time’ and I’ll definitely be signing up for future sessions.

Amazing yoga classes. Highly recommend.

I have been to various yoga classes over the years but Moira's yoga is something special. It has such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Moira is a great teacher and I can feel that I am getting stronger. Alongside the wonderful yoga teaching there are other things which make it really special. The essential oils, the breath work, the chanting (I was unsure of at first but love it now), the oracle cards and chocolates. The room is decorated with candles, flowers and crystals which all add to the beautiful atmosphere. It is the highlight of my week.

Highly recommend Moira and her…

Highly recommend Moira and her classes.. I was made to feel welcome as a yoga novice.. I turned up alone very nervous but was welcomed straight away and put at ease .. I especially liked the fact that you go at your own pace and there’s no right or wrong .. my physical and mental well being are much better and I’ve met some lovely people in our group .. looking forward to continuing

Great first session!!

I have been one yoga class so far and I loved it! Nice setting, instructor and nice touches like equipment, essential oils etc. I did a nice yoga and meditation session and came out feeling great. Would definitely recommend 🥰

Bhavini - Bigginers and somatic stretch & calm yoga

I loved beginners yoga course! I have never been to yoga classes before but I actually enjoyed learning how to pose, do breathing exercises, learnt how body muscles need to be turned on and most importantly notice how your body feels. Moira's yoga classes are amazing.
Today, I have also joined Somatic Stretch and Calm Yoga and I felt amazing, relaxing and it was a little hard work, too. I am definitely feeling the improvement.
I would highly recommend this class.

I love our chair yoga class.

I love our chair yoga class it is so friendly and comfortable. Moira is really good at explaining all the positions and how they impact the way our bodies move. There is never any sense of competition, everyone does what their body allows and Moira is always keen to remind us there is no judgment attached. I have never been fan of yoga in the past but never miss our chair yoga sessions.

Introduction To Yoga

Moira has taught me that yoga involves many different aspects and we can all take something different from it. This could be the physical movement and flows, breath work, relaxation and meditation, or the opportunity for spiritual growth.
My class was a mixture of ages, size, shape, and physical ability. Everyone has been very supportive, understanding, and encouraging.
Moira has been an excellent teacher, showing enthusiasm, encouragement, recognition, and positivety at all times. She always offers alternative postures and encourages us to work at own pace and in a way that feels right for us. Their is never any pressure to do anything, just a safe environment for you to give it a go.
I feel this isn't just a business to Moira, but a true passion and a lifestyle choice. She genuinely wants to take the time and patience to help others start and grow in their journey with yoga.
Without doubt I have become more flexible and my balance has improved. Taking time out for myself has helped support my mental wellbeing and reminded me of the importance of caring for myself. I have completed the beginners 6 week course twice and am due to start the somatic yoga classes. Give it a try, and I promise you will gain something positive from your new experience.

First time in yoga, beginners class 😊

I started yoga for the first time this year, so as a beginner I was quite nervous about starting but Moira put me at ease straight away and shown that there's no competition or rush in yoga and to go out our own pace. I always feel calm & relaxed when I'm at yoga & when I've had any concerns or worries she always listens. Yoga has truly helped my mental health for the better. Moira is an inspiring woman to us all.
I have also met some lovely people in the group from all ages, who again made me feel at ease.

Review for Yoga Aroma Flow with Moira

I went to Moira for the Yoga Aroma Flow class on a recommendation and was not disappointed. I run a lot and sometimes struggle with stretching and core work. Moira's class was challenging but was easily adapted to my skill level and it seems like everything was thought of for every skill level. I will be going back.
