I had a problem with my first order of Eyepods... Thanks to Esther's help! 😊 I was able to get a replacement set of Eyepods. Excellent service. ✨ God willing, we'll see good results.
To be honest, I haven’t seen a difference. That could be because after a couple of weeks, the pods stopped working. I have been sent new ones. Still, no real instructions, not how many times a day or a week I can use them. I still press on wanting the process to work. I did buy a pair for my daughter, hoping she likes them better. I should ask her.
After I placed my order, I needed to add a space number (I am living in an RV park with over 500 spaces) to ensure my adhesive strips fory eye pods would be delivered directly to me. Customer service was able to intercept the initial order (without the space number) and send out a new order with my space number on it. Hooray!
I had an issue during check out and reached out to customer service at around 9pm at night. Thinking I was not going to get a response or resolution to my issue. ESTHER, from resolution support responded that same evening! We had to correspond a couple times but she was prompt, efficient and super courteous and helpful. 5 stars!

One eye pod was faulty. I sent them a quick video to prove that I wasn't having them on, and they dispatched a new pair of eye pods very quickly.
I was in contact with Esther, and then Christine - both of which were very helpful.
Christine was the person who handled my problem. One of my eye pods ceased to operate correctly. I notified Newtiful. She was prompt to assist me and within a couple of days I had a new set of eye pods coming. My under-eye bags were noticeable but with this product I can see the difference. I am looking forward to them going down more as I continue to use them.
They respond to your inquiries promptly and provide solutions.You can tell also from their response that they are listening to you and not just answering questions, i meant like giving options and suggestions that you might not able to think could be done.
Christine provided outstanding customer support. She was responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. She answered my questions clearly, kept me updated, and made everything easy to navigate. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist truly stood out. When I first thought about trying the EyePods my transactional purchase was a total mess. I immediately reached out to customer service and after numerous email correspondence later, I am happy to report that my issues were resolved. Ester was the lady that was my customer service rep. Though out the entire process Ester, was patient, kind and very eager to make things right. Every time I reached out to her, Ester was there for me. After a couple weeks of using these eye pods I have really seen an improvement.
Their Eyelift Instant Eye Cream works much better than the Plexaderm i was using before I tried this. It works better and costs less.
