the only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because of the get pads. They are difficult to apply and I messed up quite a few. An improvement here would be a big plus.
Christine and Esther were very helpful to me over the 3 months trial period. Esther and I emailed back and forth a number of times to help resolve issues. A big thanks to both of them.
I was really pleased with how quickly I got help and how kind everyone was. I felt comfortable as we worked through the troubleshooting steps, and everything was successfully sorted out.
The order wouldn’t go through and was annoyed because I didn’t know I had to keep buying the gel pads.
The response to my issue was very swift. Esther was very polite and helpful with my concern and resolved my issue instantly.

The service provided to resolve this was great.
First, I’d like to say the customer service does get back to you……unless you want their promised refund. I bought these eye pads, with extra gel pads. The pads malfunctioned. I sent a video proving it. They sent a new set, same malfunction. Sent another video proving it.
First it was the generic, “ Send us 3 dated pictures, time framed within 3 months. One can not do that if they don’t work. The second response; “ Mail it back to get a refund”. It’s impossible to mail it to China. Third response; “ Get a partial refund and we’ll send you this wand product, for free”. I wrote back I wasn’t interested in a product that may, or may not work. I want the promised refund..
No answer.
I don’t think I’m the only one dealing with this.
I would not recommend this to anyone.

This company is a complete scam. I spent over 200.00 and never received my order. I have asked for a refund numerous times and they keep telling me to be patient? It’s been 6 weeks since I placed the order.
Their products come from China. They do not even have a working telephone number to call and speak to someone. Do not order anything from this company. This is the worst experience I have ever had!

One of my Eyepods stopped working and the support team at Newtiful were marvellous. They asked me to send a video of my problem and then, because there was no easy solution to this, they ordered me some new Eyepods. I have been extremely pleased with this product as they have made a great deal of difference to my eyebags and at the age of 79 feel 10 years younger!
They responded very quickly and answered my question, also giving me the discount I was requesting. Very pleased 😀
I found the required adhesive pads very difficult to use. They stuck to my hands more than the pods and ended up a big ball of adhesive on my fingers, making the pods difficult to use at all. I posted a review here and requested a refund. I was contacted by the company, who told me their "system" was having an "error," and they couldn't refund my purchase until I took down my negative review! This is not good customer service. Seems like a scam to me. In all honesty, I did receive a refund after I took my initial review down, but I don't appreciate th attempts to prevent honest reviews.

I had a slight issue with one of the eye pods not working quite as it should when first received and Christine in Newtiful Support was incredibly helpful and has organised for a new pair to be delivered without any fuss. First class customer service.
1. The product works as advertised. Using Eyepods reduces and smooths out eye bags under your eyes.
2. Customer service is excellent. I had a technical question about the Eyepod battery that's not in the box, and they answered it in hours.
Had very quick help from Christine and the team today which was really helpful!
I had ordered and received Eye-Pods from Newtiful a short time ago. After a few uses, one of the eye-pods had an issue with charging. It was turning off before it's cycle was completed.
I contacted Newtiful regarding this issue and was answered by a Ms. Alma, a customer service executive. She answered my complaint within a very short period of time and listened carefully to the issue I had. She offered to replace the entire eye-pod set, rather than to just replace the one unit that had been malfunctioning.
I haven't had much time to use the product so I can't really say much about the results; however, I expect to be as pleased with that as I am with their customer service and attention to my order, as well as my satisfaction with their attention, resolution, and ongoing support.
