One of the eyepods had an issue with the battery shortly after receipt, but Alma at customer support dealt with the issue quickly and helpfully, and organised a replacement. I've been using the pods for 10 days or so and the darkness has gone, and the skin under my eyes is thicker. Still waiting for it to get tighter, but it's early days, so visible improvements already are quite impressive.

I had to return the product as my daughter was not interested in using it. Within a couple of days, my money was returned to PayPal. Thanks for making it an easy process.

I engaged with the AI assistant through Zipchat, expressing my concern in the early morning hours (PST) of Christmas Eve. Within 14 minutes, AJ from Newtiful responded to my concerns. This was not a system generated email, this was a personal email from a team member of Newtiful. Not only did AJ reply in record time, the information contained in the email provided me with every detail needed to resolve my concerns. Very strange how all of these positive reviews are posted with two months time- November to December 2025! And they all provide positive input for their customer service.
The experience I have had with this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. There is no customer service- it’s all AI, and nothing is done. You are just smooth talked via messaging promised a resolution and then you hear nothing more and NO results!

I had some problems with the eye pods & they were quick to send me a new one! I was very grateful & now using it daily!!
The company always replied promptly to me by email. The product has made a visible difference. Not completely gone but only have been using for 10 days.
I never got anything but I did get a $63 charge when I was just asking ther questions. Dahellllll I am disputing this charge. I hate a thief.

I was skeptical ordering these but thought I'd give it a try. Upon ordering, I made an error and signed up for a subscription for additional pads. I contacted the company and after a few e-mail, Christine completely resolved my issue. I wear these eye pods every morning for approx 10 minutes and I am starting to see less "bagginess" under my eyes. I'm 68 years old and my eye bags made me look older. I would recommend this product.
I would like to advise that the customer service level is swift and excellent as one of my Eyepods ceased to recharge after first usage. I reached out at the online chat and was instantly forwarded to customer service to address my problem. It was determined to be a faulty unit and a free replacement arrived the following week. The replacement has been working well for a few days now, and I am very satisfied with this shopping experience.
The customer service group was very quick to respond to my query. I really appreciated that! I'm not sure about the serums but will continue to use them before questioning results. It's a sign of a credible vendor that allows time to try the products - something else I really appreciate!
I have to say, I was significantly disappointed in the lack of instructions. It left a gap in the correct use and placement. I like the product, but I had to do research. This was a GREAT omission.

Had an issue with one of the EyePods. Their response was wonderful and had no problems getting things resolved to my satisfaction. Would recommend!
I made a purchase and after receiving it, upon reading the precautions realized that perhaps I should not be using it due to a medical condition. I contacted the support team and requested a refund. I was immediately offered two options, 1. keep the product and receive a discount, 2. return (shipping cost paid by me) and receive a full refund. I opted for the second option. I returned the product following their instructions and I was kept informed of the status of my refund until it was actually credited to my account. I will definitely order from this company again if there is a product that I have to ok from my doctor to use. Professional and efficient. 5 stars

I ordered the eyepods after watching an ad on Facebook. I have had bags under my eyes for years and since my mother and father both had them I was convinced there was nothing that I could do to minimize them. I was excited when I opened my box but somewhat disappointed that the order was not correct. I emailed AJ on a Sunday and received a quick response and he remedied the situation within 24 hours. I just began using them so I’m hopeful that they will help minimize the bags.
