Incredibly disappointed in my experience with newton

I tried sending $150 eth to newton and 5 hrs ago and still nothing in my account, to add insult to injury, when inquiring about my receiving of funds, they proceeded to restrict my account and completely ghost me.

One of the worst support teams in all of Canada's regulated brokers in my experience and I've used a couple.

I accidentally transferred crypto on wrong address while depositing on newton wallet. Newton customer service representative helped me to recover my funds within 2 business day. Newton is best !!!

warning to all. DO NOT TRUST NEWTON!!!
they can claim any crypto as fraudulent and try and steal your funds (btc deposit was confirmed to the wallet given by them) without explanation even if the funds have been deposited into the account

They are quick to respond and Randy was so helpful.

The answers were fast and with respect 🙏 great experience and the support team fixed my problem so fast

It is not a good platform, they blocked my account because Im traveling, already 3 days I can not use my money I can not do any tradings nothing.I already have lost 50% of my profi because of them. I did the verification several times all went good, but still they said you have to go back to canada to trade. My account is in Canada and my other platform the same, but they taken advantage of me. I requested to close my account and return me my funds 3days Im waiting for response. They start asking very personal questions which country will u travel?, how long you will be staying?? in each country??, well, i dont know its my personal live.!!!!!I will never use this platform and I do not recommend it to anybody. ull be in huge stress with them.

I really like this platform and its ease of use to fund, withdraw and make purchases.

They were swift in their response to bringing the funds back to my account, after I had accidentally sent them to the wrong address. Their teams are very well connected with one another and are able to coordinate effectively and efficiently.

I encountered so many issues about my Newton account. but Dishan help me out from the start to finish such a good person. I have a very good experience here in Newton and highly recommend two thumbs up.

Hello I am still learning about the world of crypto. The customer service I received from the NEWTON team has been very helpful.

When I ask questions they reply with detailed answers and answers my inquiries. Hats off to the NEWTON team.

The exchange works well enough... it just doesn't have enough of the new crypto coins available. Seems stagnant in an industry where money can be made by being agile and having access to the newest "coins" of the day.

Was trading crypto on Newtons platform. Then one morning at 3:30am all my coins where taken and put into a wallet that was not mine. All $3000.00 gone. They said I probably took it out and forgot. Then they accused me of being a fraudster so they locked my account w money still in it. Not one person has called me!! #Scammers
