Had an extremely unpleasant experience with NewtonX recently. The way staff handled the situation and the way they responded was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

PS- I tried emailing to the given email address in below comment and the person who arranged the survey several times, but I didn’t get any response what so ever. They just ignore..
