Rip off company!!! I already wrote a review about how they STOLE 555.oo from me. But now no one answers the phone anymore. It goes to an answering machine. What a bunch of THEIVES!!

Terrible service, I have called about 15 times and have been hung up on every time. They refused to refund my flight that was cancelled then agreed on giving me $310 usd in travel credits which was significantly less than what I had paid for my flight. I then went to use these travel credits and was told they’re invalid and it was my fault. After fighting with management I was given a ticket number and told I could rebook through westjet who said only the travel agency can rebook and issue a refund (and said that there should be no issues with this). The agency told me otherwise and said they couldn’t give refunds as that is out of their control and only the airline could issue them… at the end of the day I did not get my flight, my travel credits, or my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

***DONT USE THIS COMPANY *** This company is a big scam. We have a credit of $327. Every time we go to use it they hang up on us. We are called several times and with talked several people and they still hang up. We we emailed and called daily crickets

To put it Bluntly, THEY ARE CROOKS! I went through Myflightsearch.com. Our receipts said, “This is a partner deal and I will receive my E-ticket By NewTravelTrip.com. I never received any E-ticket confirmation. Two weeks before my trip, I called to get our reservation numbers and was told they will send it to my email. We never got it. I called several times and each time they said they sent the email and they will resend. I asked for it over the phone and they couldn’t provide it.

I told them this doesn’t sound right! I proceeded to contact them via email because I wanted documentation. I have records of them starting my flight was canceled and We will be refunded. We have yet to be refunded this day.

I ask them for refund status every week. Now they no longer respond. What they are doing to people is egregious and unconscionable! Justice must be served.

They are frauds and along with their company, their professionalism is substandard! The only reason I give them a 1 is because I had to enter something to write this review.

They haven’t heard the last of me.

I booked a flight and 1 day before flight, They told me my flight was not confirmed. But I could reserve another flight but would have to pay double than my original ticket!! I said no! I want my money back. They said ok. That was in November 21. And I still have not received my $$. I call non stop and am told something different every time. Continually stringing me along. Stay away!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! It has been over a year since our flights were canceled and still no refund. They will say there was a problem with the flight you booked and then try to upsell other tickets which and you aren’t even getting that flight. COMPLETE RIP OFF. DO NOT USE!

I booked a trip for May 2021. After hours of dealing with horrible customer service, I was told they would issue me a credit good for a year. I called today and they claimed the booking was never cancelled and they claim no leadership team are available to speak to me. They kept refusing to send me to leadership and claimed they would be back on Monday. I'm calling BS on that. Don't use them, you WILL Regret your decision. MAJOR RIPOFF!

TRAVELER BEWARE!!! I HAD A TRIP CANCELLED DUE TO PLANE ISSUES BACK IN APRIL 2021. THE AIRLINE REFUND MY MONEY BACK TO NEWTRAVELTRIP.COM AND IT IS NOW NOVEMBER 2021 AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME MY MONEY!!! THEY HAVE USED EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK WHY I HAVENT GOTTEN IT BACK!!!!

Horrible! Never use this to book a flight. They do not give refunds! I booked a trip during COVID only to find event was postponing. I called back within an half hour to cancel my trip. I was told that my trip already book it would be cancelled and I would get a full refund. That was in April 2021. It is now November and I have no refund. I have reached out to their customer service several times with same reply, I would get refund.

No ticket no refund!!! They stole my money and issue didn't resolve for seven months. They r really dangerous and they should be caught.. Why they still exist and scam more people???!!!!!

ABSOLUTLELY HORRIBLE

Booked a flight to BC through this company. Got my itinerary and the WRONG AIRPORT WAS LISTED. Arrived at the airport to find out that there was no west jet flights flying out of that airport today. When I called the customer service line, they told me it was a different airport in a different city. When I told them, that isn't what they sent, the customer service rep hung up on me. Fortunately, the airline was able to sort it out and get everything rescheduled. When I followed up with them later to file a compliant, they stated "we resolved the issue, and the flight was rescheduled" Not even recognizing that they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the issue. Had the airline not been as great as they were I would probably still be waiting for a resolve.

Please stay away from these guys. I don't want to see anyone else go through what I went through. Absolutely disgraceful how little regard they have for their customers and lack of ability to do their job. A basic skill a booking agent should have is to know where the airports are that their customers are flying out of. And they failed even at that. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS EVER!

I booked my flight for my husband and I in April. Still haven’t received a refund. No tickets, no flight with air Canada where they said they booked me and no refund.

I cant give manage to give this place a zero star, so it gets a 1 star. HORRIBLE SERVICE, they continue to hang up on me, refuse to let me speak to their manager, told me I’ll be given my refund in 3 days from my original phone call now I’m being told it will take a month. HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH, constant beating around the bush. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY!!

This place is a total scam, I booked my flight, 3 days before I had to cancel due to covid, the told me I would get a full refund, 2 months later, no refund, no answer the phones, American airlines doesn't even have me in there system!!! STAY AWAY

This is a total scam. Ordered tickets in April have been in contact with the company several times being told my tickets would be here in a week 2 weeks 2 days. Finally called the airline company to find I didn't even have tickets. Then I get an email from them today stating after numerous calls and attempts to reach you and not doing so we are canceling your tickets.Total scam stay away!

Its a shame I'm not able to give zero stars because that is what they deserve. Worst experience ever i booked with them and the flight changed without them notifying me. Then after confronting them about it the customer service that was received was beyond disgraceful. I had one of them hanging up the phone in my ears others had me waiting for hours on hold. I had to use my friends phones to call because they would not respond to my number afterwards.

Absolutely overall a horrible company to use i do not recommend them at all...... Stay away from them!!!
I have missed my flight my and business meeting....in deep 🤬 because of them and now have to buy another ticket 😡

And i am still on hold!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Now October 6. Still no refund. Went bank could help me. After 60 days bank won’t give a put claim. I called trip visor they told go bank. Bank can’t help me. So when newtraveltrip give my refund. This very sad. No ticket no refund They should be ashamed being business. I have all the proof.
