Happy owner of two Carbon Fusion Pro e-bikes…
I ordered two Carbon Fusion Pro e-bikes from Urtopia. They arrived in perfect condition with only minimal assembly required. Prior to my purchase, I corresponded with the customer support group several times. In each instance, I received timely and thorough responses.
After receiving my bikes, I decided to buy the external batteries and reached out to the support group once more. Again, I received a quick reply and assistance placing my order.
Not only do I absolutely love the bike
Not only do I absolutely love the bike. The customer service is excellent. Prompt response and replacement! That’s Customer Service! I get so many compliments on the bike wherever we go and people want to try it out. Once somebody lifts it and sees how light it is, they can’t believe it and want one too.
Great bike and Exceptional Service and Support
Bought my Carbon 1 Pro direct from the company after a bad pre-sale experience with a dealer. Have had it since November 2024.
The bike has more than met my expectations but even better has been the service and support from Urtopia. The support representative, Ding, is exceptionally fast to respond and quickly solves problems. He is an example of how good customer service can be.
So far my Carbon 1 Pro has met all my expectations and support from Ding has been above and beyond.

I’ve ridden my Urtopia Carbon 1 Pro and Carbon 1S over 4,000 miles on long-distance trails across multiple states – and I can confidently say it’s the best bike I’ve ever owned. Lightweight, stylish, intelligent, and incredibly fun to ride, this e-bike truly delivers on performance and design.
From city streets to countryside highways, it’s been my daily companion, and I couldn’t be happier with the battery efficiency, GPS features, and handling. I get stopped often by curious onlookers, and I always recommend it without hesitation.
But what impressed me most recently was Urtopia’s customer service. After a minor issue caused by train travel, their team was quick to respond and supportive in helping me resolve the problem. This level of care makes a huge difference and shows they stand behind their product.

No replacement battery after one year
Urtopia fully deserves one star for the fact that I cannot get a replacement battery for my Carbon 1 bought in 2024. It is discontinued, so they do not care anymore and have no suggestion on how to solve.
What is the point of buying an ebike if you cannot replace its most important component? This is a degree of negligence to behold.
So - I have a decent bike without a battery, which is kind of pointless. But they kindly offered a discount on buying a new one, adding insult to injury

Purchased an E-Bike
Purchased an E-Bike, arrive with the electric motor that turned off/on whenever it wanted. Their support team shipped me a brand new bike that didn’t even turn on. I emailed multiple times to please provide support when they completely ignored me. Took my money & now I’m stuck with 2 broken bikes. Their Instagram comments have several people with same issues.

I bought the folding bike and decided to return it for the Fusion Pro simply because my commute to work is too far and I wanted to fill more comfortable with a cruiser frame!!
I loved the folding bike and Ding from Urtopia has been nothing but amazing with helping me through the return and the new bike purchase. We got on a couple Zoom calls and he took the time to guide me all along!
I truly ppreciated that! So yes, so far great customer service!!

I have purchased a Chord Ebike
I have purchased a Chord Ebike. There was a malfunction with the battery connection. I reached out to their customer service department. They immediately responded to my concerns,they sent the parts needed and I was able to find a bike shop that was not in their recommendation. They paid for the repairs as soon as they received the receipt. I highly recommend this company and I will purchased another bike from them in the future.
Love this Chord, sweet harmony.
First, the purchase experience was flawless, delivery was quick, communications were excellent. Second, the price was too good to pass up. I compared prices against the local bike shop chain, which is highly regarded, and found I could not find a bike of the same quality and features for 2x the price. Third, the assembly was quick and went together with little difficulty. Last, I really love the styling and design of the Chord, plus the whole musical theme of the design is great.
Bonus. The control module is Bluetooth enabled and I just realized (yesterday) that when my phone connects to the bike module, the phones sound plays through the bikes speaker. Nice touch.
By a Urtopia E-bike you won’t be disappointed
I’ve been riding my Chord for about 18 months and absolutely love it. I was an early backer during the Carbon 1 campaign. Combined I have over 13,000 miles and couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase from Urtopia I only wish I could afford the newest models.

I absolutely love my Urtopia Chord! It's so stylish that I enjoy just looking at it! The battery life is impressive, and the motor provides the perfect amount of assistance, especially on hills. The build quality is excellent, and it's incredibly comfortable to ride. Hands down, one of the best bikes ever!
A fantastic bike
I simply love my Chord model bike, it's a fantastic feel and weight. It's also big enough for me at 6'3" which is hard to come buy. Absolutely a great buy!
Really enjoying the Chord X
(original review) It's only been 4 days since I received & assembled my Chord X bike but I have to say that I love the bike. It rides great even when not using the pedal assist feature. I have been disappointed that certain largely unimportant components of the bike (i.e. kickstand & key to detach the battery from the frame) were not included with my bike (they are on their way I believe). And I'm having some issues getting all of the high-tech electronics working properly. But the bike itself including the basic eBike features work great. I'm counting on Urtopia's customer service people to resolve the rest of my issues promptly which I'm confident that they will.
(Now 20 days later) I first wrote to Urtopia approximately 3 weeks ago regarding (1) missing bike parts, and (2) non-functioning electronic features. The missing parts were sent to me fairly promptly (except for the tool kit which customer service agent Felix informed me was not included with my bike -- despite Urtopia's Chord X web page saying otherwise). The problems with the electronic features are that the bike's display always shows zero MPH and zero distance traveled. But the most annoying electrical problem is that the electricity periodically shuts off for no reason. On a recent hour-long ride this spontaneous loss of power occured 8 times. It's more than a little annoying when the power assist feature suddenly cuts off and then the theft alarm goes off repeatedly as I try to get the fingerprint reader to recognize my fingerprint--which is hit or miss.
I've gone back and forth with technical help and even installed a new controller in the bike & then took the bike apart a second time at Urtopia's request to recheck the connections. 3 days ago I notified technical help that I complied with all of their directions but the bike continues to have the same problems.
And now Urtopia seems to have ghosted me. No contact in 72 hours (not during a weekend or holiday). I'm a reasonable person. You'd think that they would say something to me. I know that I'm not the first person to receive a defective bike.
This whole situation is a shame. I actually like the bike and don't really care if I know what speed I'm going or where I've been, but the fact that the bike spontaneously shuts off is not acceptable.
Maybe this is what I deserve for ordering something substantial online, but one would hope that a company like this would have better customer service. Next time I'll buy from a local bike shop.

Very easy to purchase online our Cord model bike, I had the bike shipment at my door in 4 days. Taking my time to assemble, it took me about 20 minutes.
The Cord handles well, starts up good, power modes are designed well and stops great (not sticky like some other bikes). The bike is very easy to get on and off of. My wife loves riding this bike so much she sold her 1 year old "American Name Brand" Ebike that cost 3 times more and rides her Urtopia Cord instead. Also the Cord is more attractive then her old bike. I wish I could send photo now, I'll try when we get back in town.
