I ordered an F1 Model car on Dec. 13, 2022, for a lot of money, immediately took my payment and said it would be delivered by Dec. 22, 2022. Checked status on Dec. 23rd and nothing had been done on order-sent an email, no reply. Checked status again on Dec. 27th, sent another email. Did this many more times and never got a reply through the end of Dec. Checked status on Jan. 4, says it will arrive by Jan. 3rd, nothing is still done on order and still no reply from customer service.
I am so upset that their customer service can continue sending out marketing emails but can't answer a customer email on an order. Would really like to know where my order is and why it hasn't been shipped out and not status updates from company.

The item is so cheap, cheap doesn't even describe it. They couldn't even pack it in a box to protect it. I am charging it to see if it will even work. I would never purchase anything again from them. Very disappointed.

This game is not as easy as it looks. Even the “easy” levels can cause grief to a seasoned puzzler. Play it solo for practice and a quick challenge or grab friends and family for a fun and rewarding evening. There are 4 levels of increasing difficulty so there is something for everyone. All ages will benefit from some brain stimulation. Well packaged and fast shipping.
The 2.0 new version has larger blocks.
I would love a travel size small enough to go anywhere.
Go on and give it a try. You will get hooked.

Love this game. Would like to have larger cards in future editions so they are easier to see. Haven’t had that much fun in a long time!

I purchased The Uzzle and one of the blocks had been misprinted. I contacted the Uzzle Company, and Ellie the customer care representative handled my issue with replacing the block in a professional manner. Ellie responded in a timely manner and kept me updated on the company taking care of replacing the block. Ellie notified me as to when the replacement block would be shipped out.
I am well pleased with the overall service I received.

We had an issue with a couple of the cards in our game. I contacted Ellie in Customer Support and she completely took care of the problem. Great service. Fun game!

My grandson James would win every time without fail. Wouldn't even challenge him.

We ordered the UZZLE game and discovered we did not have a complete set of blocks. I contacted New Wave Shoppe and explained the problem. They resolved the issue but I did have to reach out several times and let them know I was still waiting for the replacement blocks. I did not give a 5 star review for this took several months to resolve and multiple emails/reminders. I realize that all things seem to take a bit longer these days due to the ongoing pandemic issues. I was very happy when the blocks arrived as promised. THANK YOU!

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered the Uzzle 2.0 puzzle first few days of December 21. I had already asked if they would deliver before Xmas. Yes, they said. Anyway, nothing arrived and in Jan 22 I had to use the PayPal Resolution Service to get my money back. No response from Customer Services to any of my multiple emails. They also didn't respond to the PayPal Resolution process. Avoid.

We bought the New Nova Flying Spinner.
Tried to cancel order after 1 minute but could not get a reply. We realized right away we were scammed, complete garbage the toy was a knock off of a better one.

The worst quality toy I have ever seen.

I wouldn’t pay $1 for it on Kuta beach let alone $56.

I also like many other customers purchased a NewNovaFlying Spinner as a Christmas gift. It was delivered and we charged it and it did not work. Customer service requested that my daughter send a video to make sure that she was flying it correctly. She was so they replaced it. The second one came (same thing happened) I contacted them and customer service wanted another video. My daughter watched the video over and over again. I contacted them and told them that I sent it back. Customer service said I should not of sent it back since that is not the correct address. I tracked it thru the Postal Service and it was received. I will not purchase from NewWave Shoppe again.

The Uzzle is a great puzzle game for all ages. Level 5 is pretty tough!

We have had a wonderful experience with NewWave Shoppe after buying a flying disk for our Grandson over 2 months ago. After flying this disk a couple of times, my Son and Grandson could not start it up after recharging it. When I contacted NewWave about the problem, they agreed to send a replacement disk even though the 30 day warranty had expired. Thank
