Requested an exchange never received assistance.

Received a pair of boots as a gift. When I opened the box there were 3 issues. 1- a sticky discolored spot at the top of one shoe, a hole in the material, and some discoloration in one spot. The person that purchased the boots requested an exchange. They asked for pictures. To confirm the boots had not been worn as well as the damaged areas. She submitted pictures with explanation.. they replied asking her what was the problem. The boots were purchased 8 June, delivered 14 June. Email sent shortly after 14 June. Its now 11 July and nothing has been done.

Genuine Ostrich Skin Boots

I bought a pair of very nice genuine full quill ostrich skin boots that are great quality and everybody likes them a lot. Their selection of exotic skin boots is extensive with all styles and colors in: Caiman, Ostrich, Monster Fish, Python, Lizard and many more. Prices are fair and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you very much!

Very good boots and fair price

I bought a pair of very nice genuine Shark skin boots with matching belt. I was very pleased with both the price and the quality of the boots. I recommend them to anyone looking for great craftsmanship and fair prices. Thank you!
