Our school trip to New York was great. This was mainly due to the fact that I (the school trip organiser) had been superbly advised by Eric about the NYCityPass application, the subway metro cards and the Airtrain tickets to get to and from JFK airport-Manhattan. The city pass reservations were extremely easy to do online and I managed 3 different groups each time for every reservation. It was simple and easy to use once in New York too.

This was my first time in New York, and I was only there for two days. I asked Eric for advice on how to plan my days, telling him the places I wanted to visit. He gave me great advice on the order of visits so that I wouldn't waste any time.

For several years, I go to Big Apple with large groups of young people (67 this year).
Eric almost always has solutions to offer (for any type of tour, show, or transportation), provides good advice, and offers services at good prices for the most part. For a large number of services, the price is the lowest on the market (if you consider all the additional costs if going elsewhere) for a French (or European) traveler. Payment is possible in euros. Fast and careful delivery with a bill. Services are always accompanied by advice and follow-up before and afterward.
Eric is available and consistently responds to requests.
You can place your complete trust in him; he and his colleagues are meticulous in their work.

We went to New York for 5 days in May 2025. We followed Eric's suggestions for our stay and we loved everything. I left for New York at the beginning of February 2024 for 12 weeks of immersion on an American university campus, close to New York in Tarrytown.

Excellent!! Eric’s app helped us have a complete experience. He was very helpful from the very first email till the last one. Plus he’s extremely kind and we took his advice seriously and we were right to!! It’s worth paying for the different routes, at least to know all the different places you can see/visit.

Les parcours de promenade d'Éric sont également très sympas. Il y indique les curiosités essentielles sur chaque parcours.
Le site peut être utilisé en mode avion, sans internet. On peut donc préparer à l'avance ses visites, incorporer ses billets, retenir certains parcours d'Éric...et les utiliser sur place sans internet. Et nous voyons notre avancée sur le plan.

We can gather on this site all the data of the stay, our tickets, our addresses, the sites we wish to visit, even the toilets are indicated...😋
Eric's walking routes are also very nice. It indicates the essential curiosities on each route.
The site can be used in airplane mode, without internet. You can therefore prepare your visits in advance, incorporate your tickets, remember certain of Eric's routes... and use them on site without internet. And we see our progress on the plan.
