Fake dress fake website fake customer service

I ordered a dress from them. I have never received it. They will not respond to my emails. I had to shut my debit card down for fear of them attacking it. My Bank insisted upon it. I have filed a dispute to get my money back. This is a fake website I could go on and on and on I’m pissed.

Don’t buy from this site. The items are cheaply made and no returns are allowed.

The site looked legit and I thought I was ordering a coat. The retail price claimed it was on sale for 59.95. It turns out it’s a windbreaker. It's very cheaply made. Jade claims all sale items on sale are not returnable. I reviewed the site and everything is on sale, Before I received the item I could contact them. Now, I can’t. I think they blocked my email. I called my charge card company and the charge is under investigation. Please don't buy from the site.

False Advertising/ Poor Quality garments

This company shipped me a Winter/Autumn reversible hooded coat that is an extremely light weight polyester coat for a cool summer evening. Their ad says 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied which was false. They also say that sales items are not returnable, but ALL of the garments on their website are seemingly on sale, I have yet to see any items regularly priced, therefore NOTHING is returnable once they get their payment. All items are advertised to have only 4 left in inventory. This is just a sales tactic to entice customers to buy quickly. BEWARE.....

SCAM COMPANY

This. Company is based in CHINA NOT NEW YORK, U.S. They make a big deal of saying full satisfaction and money back guaranteed. So I ordered 2 sizes b/c I was in between sizes in THEIR charts. NOTHING fit. The products were fitted for a petite (like 5’2” or shorter). The fabric was junk. They would not respond to emails their THEIR site. Typing in the email from their contact page bounced back as undeliverable. NO ADDRESS on pkgs to return to. NO ADDRESS on website. NO PHONE NUMBER. NO RECOURSE AT ALL. $250 down the drain.

Cheap Cheap Cheap Jackets

Do not order from these people. They sent me 2 cheap jackets that are just awful and won't answer my correspondence about getting a refund. I want everyone to know you do not want to do business with these people.

Looks like a high end NY boutique… NOT

Looks like a high end NY boutique store by their website, but is really an online purveyor of cheap "Made In China" knockoffs. I ordered what appeared to be a cute sweater/lace skirted dress combo along with a very nice looking wool everyday coat...NOT anywhere close to what I received. The sweater was huge with no shape and no tags and the dress with the lace skirt was a top with a see though lace flounce that was so short, if not for the extra large shapeless sweater being longer than the dress, my privates were exposed. The wool jacket turned out to be a type of heavy duty wool looking felt sewn into a shapeless mess as well. After opening the debacle and upon further search, many of the items on their site can be found via bulk on Alibaba. I requested a prepaid shipping label to return their items since it had a "money back guarantee" to which I was told by CS that I had purchased via a holiday sale and all I could do was exchange. I responded back telling them that it was 100% refund with a prepaid shipping label or I would be disputing it with my CC for fraudulent advertising. Then I told them that I would also be filing a complaint with FTC, BBB, and here. One way or the other, I was getting my money back. I even did an IP search and discovered that their IP is a the same exact number and location as Boncini, another scam boutique looking site. Avoid both at all cost.
