DO NOT go here if you expect polite customer service.
My daughter went here today because my other daughter and I had gone yesterday for the first time and had a good experience. Unfortunately, her experience was completely different.
The employee who was supposed to do her nails was rude from the beginning. She said she only had 30 minutes before she had to do something else, and the manager told her to go ahead and do the appointment anyway. My daughter politely requested that a drill not be used, and the employee responded, “No, I won’t hand file. I don’t do that,” and walked away.
My daughter ended up leaving without even getting her manicure. She didn’t even have polish on her nails, so it’s not like gel removal was involved.
There are far too many nail salons in the Dallas/Plano area to tolerate being treated this way.
