ABSOLUTE SCAM

My experience is the same as all of the other reviews written here. The product i received is very different than their website. I ordered the hair waver, and got a waver that looks entirely different. They took the picture of a waver from another website (Trademark beauty), photoshopped the logo off of it, and used the exact same images. Also, their website says 100% money back guarantee, free returns, and when i emailed them to process the return, they offer 20% refund, 30% refund, and now after a third email of me calling them out, 40% refund (after speaking with their manager, of course) and that i bear the expense of the return to china, while linking their return policy. I have sent them screen shots from their website, calling out the lie of the product, lie of fake trustpilot reviews, lie of 100% money back guarantee, lie of free returns. However, I don't expect to get a favorable outcome.

Do not let them take your money - website is a front

I saw a hair waver on Facebook. Decided to order from their website as I didn’t trust the link. If only I had checked Trustpilot first (now my go to place). I’m now in an email battle with them that confirms other reviews on here. Offering partial refunds and insisting I return to China if I want a full refund. I cancelled before the product arrived but they said the couldn’t stop it. Ended up keeping the product with a 40% refund. You could try a chargeback to your bank. I do feel the website is a front for a business doing cheap imports from China. Steer clear if you can. If you’ve purchased then stick with it to maximise your refund.

Wrong item sent and returns address is in China

They sent me the wrong item (a very cheap looking hair waver with different controls and a much deeper wave pattern than pictured) and are refusing to refund me as they are expecting me to cover the cost of the return. Under UK consumer rights laws, I am entitled to a refund and the cost of return should be covered by the seller, but Nexlondon do not care about UK consumer rights. The return address is in China.
