This company is just spam and should be avoided.

This company has refused to stop spamming all of my work and personal emails with countless requests from me to halt all correspondences from them. I mentioned reporting the matter to the business affairs in their province, if the matters continues.

The journey thus far...

We are one of the early adopters and started using Nexoid in 2018. This is the fourth IT ticketing system I have implemented in my career. So far, I’m really impressed. We have fairly typical IT processes with the exception of an overactive security board. Whenever a user’s permissions or password is changed our security team needs to be alerted. Nexoid was able to modify the workflow in less that a few hours. I can’t remember what it cost but it was next to nothing. In comparison when we used Dynamics the MS partner charged £12,000 + VAT for the same workflow.

Speed wise they claim it gets faster the more you use it. I haven’t seen that. What I can say is its very fast. We resolve 40,000 tickets a year and haven’t seen any performance degradation which I promise you is NOT the norm. The reason we switched was performance issues with our last supplier. After a year or two most of these systems grind to a halt. One system would take more than 20 seconds to create a ticket after the engineer clicked the button. You can imagine what that does for morale.

Price wise it’s a nightmare to be honest. They use a weird charge by usage model similar to AWS. Really not a fan. It makes it challenging to budget accurately, that been said I think our licence is 50-60% cheaper than our last supplier.

Over all I found them very easy to work with. Nice chaps.
