When something is too good to be true then it most likely is! What an utter scam this company is. My supposed parcel was picked up by a UK courier on 12th July and there's been absolutely zero updates since. The website no longer exists, there's zero support. Luckily I was able to reverse the transaction with the bank

If I could give less than one star I would.
Tracking times were really weird and then suddenly the site doesn’t exist and tracking has vanished.
Can’t seem to do anything with the bank for some reason and yet the adverts still pops up every now and then.

I would be interested to know how much YouTube are to blame, by allowing this scam site to run ads on the platform. We are forced to watch these adverts, so you would think the owners of YouTube (google) would have some kind of failsafes in place, to stop scammers being forced on us every few minutes of a video. I’m trying to do a chargeback on my card, but because their fake “logixy” tracking information changes every now and again, i can’t yet. Mine has been showing “assigned to courier” for the past six days.

This company is fake and setup to scam people, DO NOT purchase anything from this site. Each update via thelogixy.com is FAKE. Your bank statement may show jemistify.com which is a sportswear company. I only realised when sought to query the arrival of my purchase and I got the Shopify message "Something went wrong."

Scam site. Webpage now closed down, all the excuses about shipping and then nothing. Absolute crooks

Biggest Scam going, took a risk even though it seemed to good to be true, site now gone, tracking site full of excuses, checked tracking site it is ai generated tracking site, all scams. Lost money, there needs to be tighter checks on these scum bags, shouldn't be aloud to get away with this.

Ordered an item - initially seems legit where tracking site works and you can see item. Then suddenly, website doe not work or the tracking site. Website is now linked to a clothes merchant. Came across them on Instagram

Website now inactive , shopify won’t recognise and’tracker’ Makes new excuses each day - weather , import , customs etc

Scammers , site was up and running for a few months , now disappeared…..

I have been waiting for my order for a month nowthe delivery date was meant to be 18th of June 2026 and its not here I checked the company that is delivering it it says that the recipient was not available to collect the order when I have been in my order I can't find my money gone and I tried contacting them via email they haven't replied me back

Scam site, list trust pilot 4 stars which is a lie

They claim a 4.8 Trustpilot score on their website. If they lie about that how can you trust any of their product claims. I will not purchase anything from them today.
