Scam Company

In 2023, I bought a portable power station directly on Nexpow website. Few months later, my house lost power due to the storm, and I took out the Nexpow power station to charge my phones and iPad. The Nexpow power station is doesn't work once. So I contacted with them to fix or refund my money back, because the item warranty is 3 years. They said give them few days for refund process. But after few days, I NEVER HEAR from them again. This Nexpow company is FRAUD. They DO NOT HONOR their warranty, and products are NOT WORKING. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
