Tried setting up the app with the subscription when I added my code it said I needed to pay £99. When you put code. It should be free for a year not £99.

Reason for one star is because it wouldn't let me do zero,I bought the whole package front dash cam and rear plus a year subscription, which I believed to be included in the price, and now three months later they have taken £9.99 out of my account.Not happy.

The app does not clearly show how to apply the code ... once installed, the app shows two options, continue with no subscription of sign up to a paid subscription. In order to enter the code I had to sign up to a paid subscription before the link was provided.

Only 1 year which mean you think Nextbase iQ won’t for last easy broken or not working. If you thinking iQ is Quality strong good work last should have be 2 or 3 years

Was excited to get the year subscription especially with how much it costs however when I got my code & set it up once the camera was set up, it advised only a month for free, emailed Nextbase but again, no response!
