Excellent customer service
I had Nextbase dashcam which had been installed by Halfords, it attached to the front windscreen with a suction cup.
My car faces west, and in the summer I would frequently find the dashcam on the floor.
I needed the sticky attachment for the dashcam to get rid of the problem, but it wasn’t in the box.
I phoned Nextbase, explained the problem and their customer service colleague said “ no problem I’ll have one sent to you right away “
It arrived today.
Excellent customer service, and attitude and it deserves to be recognised.

Disappointing product
I ordered adhesive pads for my Nextbase Dashcam. It couldn’t even hold the camera for two days. Waste of money.

Stopped my dashcam dropping off the window
Having bought a new car, I had my dashcam transferred to it. The spare sticky pad I had must have dried out a bit, and a few weeks later the camera started falling off the window. Even the powered mount wouldn't stay up without the camera. It was easy to find the new sticky pads and base plate I needed on the web site. They arrived quickly and my dashcam now stays firmly stuck to the window instead of dropping off every couple of hours and dangling helplessly by its cables!
