Made for the big leagues
We are a large scale event staffing agency that operates on a national scale. We have been customers of NextCrew since 2020 (5 years) and moved to it from a different solution because of the feature set it had at the time for managing large teams in the field. What became the biggest "win" on the platform however was the constant iterative improvements rolled out by their dev team and the incredible support provided. The platform is strong enough to keep up with heavy traffic and a high volume of projects at once but it's also nimble enough (through customizations) to cater to the specific needs of my company. 2 years ago, the platform made a major leap to a functionally new interface and management process and it took things to that next level for us. Obviously the user experience for the staff in the field is important as well. The app is stable, easy to use and intuitive.
