I ordered a replacement battery over two months ago. I called them multiple times to verify that the order was on the way; they assured me it would go out the next day, but I still did not receive the part until a month later. I hope they go out of business so they do not scam future customers.

ordered a battery and said it would ship in 5 to 9 days. 14 days later no shipment contacted them and said it would ship out next week, and then nothing contacted them again and they again said it would ship out next week. and nothing I finally asked for a refund, they then canceled the order, and I got a conformation email on the canceled order and a week goes by no refund I contact them, and they said it's in process I finally complained to PayPal, and they gave me a refund.

Ordered a battery and waited 1 week per confirmation. No battery or email was sent so I called and was told “next week”. Waited another week and called and as told “shortage of material, it will ship next week” so I canceled my order. Still no refund.

I had a truly awful experience with this seller. I ordered an item from them, but it was never shipped, and their communication throughout the process was completely unacceptable.

Firstly, after placing my order, I expected to receive shipping information or at least a confirmation that the item had been dispatched. Sadly, no such communication was received. I patiently waited for updates, hoping for some resolution, but the silence from the seller was incredibly frustrating.

Days turned into weeks without any response, and I started to grow increasingly concerned. I reached out to the seller multiple times through eBay messages, but my attempts to contact them and seek clarification were met with complete indifference. It was as if my concerns were being completely disregarded.

As a buyer, I believe that clear and prompt communication is essential. To not receive any acknowledgment or updates regarding my purchase was highly disappointing and unprofessional on the seller's part.

Furthermore, it became evident that the item I ordered was never going to arrive. Due to the lack of shipping details and the seller's unresponsiveness, I had no choice but to open a case with eBay for a refund. It was an unnecessary hassle that could have been avoided if the seller had fulfilled their responsibilities.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this seller. Their failure to ship the item and their lack of communication showcased a complete disregard for their customers. I had high hopes for a smooth transaction, but unfortunately, this experience was anything but pleasant.

I hope my review serves as a warning to other potential buyers, and I genuinely hope the seller takes this feedback constructively and improves their business practices.

I PUT IN MY ORDER ON FEB 3 2023, STILL WAITING, SOME HAVE SAID THIS GROUP IS RUNNING SCAMS ON PURCHASERS. 4 ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM AND NO RESPONSE.

Ordered a week ago no email, not next day. Called to check, phone won’t take messages. AVOID

Send the product they were paid for or return the money.

Never got the item. This company is a sham. Stay away from it !!!!

Ordered two batteries from here, they have not been delivered, no contact from them either when I asked about it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!.
When checking the site again there is nothing listed on there, complete scam and I'm out of pocket.

Going to report them to trading standards.

Ordered my batteries 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received them, not happy at all as I have contacted you 3 times and you haven’t replied once!

Have purchased from next day batteries on three occasions, first two were absolutely perfect no problems whatsoever. However my third purchase was almost two weeks ago, I've still not received my purchase , have tried contacting the company at least four times and received no response whatsoever. Will never use them again and recommend buying elsewhere. Still have no clue how to get my money back. Companies email doesn't even work any longer.

Honestly the company is mext day batteries not next week batteries... and they still havent arrived.. thanks.

Would give zero if I could. Worst company ever. Ordered 4 batteries for next day delivery and came over a week later with only 2 of the 4 I ordered. Numerous emails later and not a single reply. Disgusting to say the least. Now half of order out of pocket to these absolute cowboys. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Very bad service ,order never came the next day or day after, still havent been delivered till this day, cant message back through email, emails wont go through either absoulte shocking service.

Only recived 1 of the 4 batteries ordered. Unable to contact via email. Contact number on Facebook is not there's. No response from website. Very very disappointed and would never order again or recomend.

Still haven't received my batteries after 3 weeks. no one will reply to my queries of which I have sent several. Very poor service.

Turns out the batteries I bought where fake, everything about this website is too good to be true, do not buy off them. I know others who where also sold dangerous fake chargers!
