This company did what I asked them to do. They delivered early in the day, they placed the dumpster exactly where I wanted it and it was picked up when promised. Excellent company to deal with when you need a dumpster.

No issues. Drivers call before arrival. Been using them for years now.

This company took EXTREMELY TOO LONG TO DELIVER, EXTREMELY TOO LONG TO PICK UP.. THEN OVER CHARGED ME... Very unprofessional .. I will never use them again.. As a matter of fact, the service was so bad I bought an 8000 dump truck myself.

We needed to have a dumpster delivered for some concrete that we were breaking up and taking out of our backyard. From the person who answered my initial phone call to answer preliminary questions, to the delivery driver, to the last person who answered my phone call so that I could schedule a pickup of the dumpster, everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Next Day Dumpsters to anyone needing to rent a dumpster!

Rented a dumpster through Next Day Dumpsters for construction debris. Price was decent but that's pretty much it. First, they came and picked up our dumpster about a week early out of the blue, with no notice. They did replace it, however, when our contract was up they didn't come to pick it up. When I called the first time to ask them why no one had come to pick it up, the customer service person told me the renter has to call to schedule pick up, it won't just automatically be done and that we would be charged for the extra days we had it. I told her no one ever told me that nor was it in the contract that was sent to me via email. She said they wouldn't charge me "this time" for the extra days. It still took several more days for them to pick it up so I had to call again and ask when they would do so. Overall, pretty big hassle and lots of phone calls.

I had a small window of time to get a home emptied. Next Day Dumpsters was there, next day at the time I requested. The driver was very courteous and I needed the dumpster gone around noon the very next day. He was back at 12:20 pm. That is very ON TIME in the DC area. I was charged exactly what I was quoted, no hidden fees or misc. charges. The office was very informative and pleasant to deal with. Of course I did my part and did not put any items on the prohibited list (fluids, rocks, hazmat, etc.). Pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend them.

Personable staff and good value for the $$. Especially the pro-rated weight above the allowance.

I laid down some pressboard upon which to locate the dumpster. Probably advisable if on a concrete or other hardened surface.

We have used Next Day Dumpsters before without any problems. However, this time around when removing the dumpster there was damage done to the driveway even though precautions were taken to lay plywood down to protect it. We have made numerous calls about damage done to the driveway and have not gotten much of a response in the way of remedying the situation.

Got the estimate from the owner himself, and once I decided to use them, ordering the dumpster was a pretty quick phone call (5 min or so). True to their name, they could have delivered the dumpster the next day if I wanted it, but I didn't need it that fast. The driver who dropped it off was able to maneuver it into my driveway and put it exactly where I wanted it. When I was done with the dumpster, a few days before the two-week limit, I let them know and they picked it up promptly.

The only advice I have for potential buyers is that whenever you call or email them (even after you order the dumpster), make it clear what kind of dumpster you want or have ordered. There are different types of dumpsters, with different prices and rules about what you can put in them and how much you can fill them. I had a dirt dumpster, and I had a call that started off with a couple minutes of confusion because the person at Next Day Dumpsters that I was talking to assumed that I had a different kind of dumpster (it seems that dirt dumpsters are less common).

It was easy to discuss my dumpster needs and schedule a drop off. Later I had to call back and change the drop off date and that was also made very easy by the customer service rep. Finally, when I was ready for pick up the rep that I spoke to made it very easy.

The ordering process was a piece of cake and I recieved my dumpster on time and pick up was easy too. Can't beat the service
