I sent in two pictures to printed a the same time. I did ask for proofs and only one was proofed the same day. Because of this, I was forced to pay extra for shipping for the other package. I think in the future, you should send the proofs at the same time so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

The brochures turned out great! The fold lines were accurate, and the printing was perfect. They were mailed on time, but the shipper delayed them a day.

Original delivery time was stated as 3/16. It changed to 3/17, so I paid extra to have it delivered by 3/16, which the customer service rep said would happen. Order wasn't delivered until 3/17, after the event happened.

I received my order and my replacement
I received my order. One of my pull-ups was broken, and I was able to call and send photos to customer service. Customer service was quick and friendly, and they worked to replace it immediately. They also made sure to get the replacement to me before I needed it. My replacement came in and looks great!
