Dopo aver completato l'installazione nel nostro ufficio di diverse unita' Fanvil X1S, da loro importate e distribuite, il tecnico ci lascia copia del manuale in INGLESE, informandoci che quello italiano NON E' DISPONIBILE.
Contatto quindi la Nextech, che mi informa che tale manuale NON ESISTE, e che loro non considerano una loro responsabilita' distribuire e vendere telefoni con manuali in italiano (senza i quali il prodotto non e' utilizzabile). A loro dire, e' l'utente finale che dovrebbe prendersi la briga di farlo tradurre a loro spese. Vediamo ora cosa ne pensa il Codacons.

innanzitutto , ci dispiace come azienda per la problematica inviata.
Per quanto riguarda il QIG del prodotto del quale ha richiesto informazioni , ci siamo attivati per fare in modo che il Produttore Cinese ci fornisca il manuale utente/QIG con lingua adatta. Siamo uno dei Distributori del prodotto verso aziende e professionisti che a loro volta Rivendono questo, sicuramente come Nextech ci attiveremo per questo e se ci fornirà un suoi contatto le invieremo in breve QIG in lingua Italiana.
