I really don’t say this lightly, this product changed my life. It’s easy to think losing weight will ultimately make you feel better but this goes far beyond that. I can finally focus on me and my routine. No more late night cravings setting back any nutritional progress I hit. Little bit of backstory, I got on in August and right away was able to lose 20 lbs in the first month, then I went down about 10 pounds per month after that til I hit my goal. I lowered my dose and am able to sustain that weight without losing too much and still take away the benefits of quieting the cravings. I feel amazing on it. I can’t recommend this enough.
