Unpaid $1,088 balance for IT staffing services

Atomi Development, Inc. provided IT staffing services to Next Gen IT, Inc. under a Master Services Agreement effective January 22, 2024, placing two contractors with Next Gen's end clients. Invoices issued from February 2024 through July 2025 total an outstanding balance of $1,088.00, all more than 90 days past due. Next Gen paid roughly half of the total amount billed about a year ago and has made no payments since, despite repeated payment reminders beginning in October 2026 and a formal final demand sent on October 31, 2026. Next Gen has not responded to the reminders or the final demand, and the $1,088.00 balance remains unpaid.
