Ordered wheel on Wednesday, wheel arrived Friday. 40 miles in commander max has been nothing short of an exceptional value for absolute beast of a wheel.

My great friend Bob is awesome! I'm someone who had never even touched an electric treadmill in my life, and since I had enough money... well, I simply ordered the latest Leaperkin model from the best store, haha. And when I say best, I mean the price, customer service, and above all, they're very friendly. Thanks to my great friend Bob, when more models I'm interested in come out, of course I'll buy them here! ✌️

Received in good time , product works as advertised ,connected to my phone programs, very easy to set up, did most of set up by itself . E6+ Thank you Next Gen . I will be getting the extra battery soon.

Their communication was beyond my expectations. Kept me in the loop on a regular basis since I had to order my product. It showed up on time, there were a couple extras and they let me know when they were coming and they showed up on time. There were no hiccups no surprises and even though I live in another state they will be my go-to from now on. They have the good products, best prices and best customer service. I was even able to chat with someone on a Sunday evening and they answered all my questions. To sum it up they're simply the Best!

How customer support is approached needs more professionalism. Requesting too much unnecessary demands on customer before simple actions are taken. Which would always put the customers off from further business. This behavior happen each time a situation arose, showing a lack of experience with proper customer support that we are used to in the US. Sometimes when a person is new to handling support themselves, even though they experienced it on the other side, it can be challenging.

Rob of Next Gen Mobility is one of the hardest workers you'll ever meet. Almost running the business by himself. You can expect one on one attention when needed most.
