I purchased a Commander Pro 50s - Oct- 2024from NextGenMobility. The interaction with NextGenMobility has been nothing but positive and very helpful. This is an absolute Top Notch business. I also was able to purchase the Wheel for $800 less than EWHEELS was selling her for.

A Nosfet Aero is my fifth EUC
A Nosfet Aero was my fifth purchase of a new wheel, (my EUC hobby has gotten out of control, but in a good way) and the first from NGM. I was impressed with the level of communication, keeping me in the loop on the progress of a pre order wheel on its voyage from China. It came off the boat and was shipped as promised and actually arrived a day early. No fuss no problems. So when it comes time for wheel number six, NGM will be at the top of the list.

I received periodic detailed updates throughout the entire delivery process — The packaging was intact and well-thought out — Delivery was right on time — The Aero came in perfect condition and was well worth the wait (and price) — Rob has been super helpful with the entire process

NEVER AGAIN
First wheel delivered was the wrong one. Correct wheel was supposed to have a street tire, but some how they didn't order it?? Idk. I was told a reimbursement of $100 was gonna be issued-that never happened. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NEXT GEN. Total embarrassment of a business. Never, ever, ever getting my hard earned money again. Edit, when Rob called he said we don't have the street tire variant what do you want to do? Well waiting for a few more months isn't worth it, with the riding season almost over. He didn't put that in his response to the post. F Next Gen

We are truly sorry for the issues you experienced. When we discovered that we accidentally sent you a Leaperkim Sherman L, we quickly sought to make it right and send you the wheel that you wanted (Leaperkim Lynx). You then changed your mind and decided that you wanted an EUC variant that was not yet in stock. When our shipment arrived. Unfortunately, Leaperkim did not send us the Lynx that we ordered - you wanted a street tire and we were able to offer you an off-road tire version. When we called you about it, you confirmed that it was acceptable prior to us shipping it out on August 28th.
You will find that the refund was processed on August 29th on our end. Credit card companies don't typically work as fast as we would like, and can sometimes take up to 10 days to fully process the refund and credit your account, so your patience would be appreciated as that timing is out of our control.
We are always striving to do the right thing to ensure customer satisfaction. We apologize for dropping the ball in your situation, and hope that we can earn back your business in the future.
