My experience with WEBYNEX / NextiGo CraftHUB was one of the most frustrating service experiences I have had.

I paid an advance of ₹7,250 on 08 April 2026 for the development of an LMS (Learning Management System) website. After receiving the payment, I was repeatedly given delivery dates and assurances that the project would be completed soon. On multiple occasions, I was told that the website was under testing and would be delivered shortly, but the deadlines kept changing.

What concerned me most was not just the delay, but the lack of communication. Calls went unanswered, messages were ignored, emails were not responded to, and updates were only provided after repeated follow-ups from my side. For an LMS project that requires long-term maintenance, support, course updates, certificates, and payment integration, trust and communication are essential. Unfortunately, I completely lost confidence in both.

After requesting a refund, I spent weeks following up and gathering information just to get a response. A test link was eventually provided, but what I saw did not reflect the LMS platform that had been discussed. The entire process caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and significant frustration.

Only after continuous follow-up and the preparation of consumer and cyber complaints was the matter partially resolved through refunds. Even then, the process was prolonged and difficult.

My advice to anyone considering this company is simple: proceed with extreme caution, ensure everything is documented in writing, and think carefully before making advance payments.

This review reflects my personal experience as a customer.

Do not trust them, they are frauds . I made them an advance payment on 30th Aug and they Promised to complete my work in 48hrs Its been almost 6 weeks and they are not even responding to calls or messages now. They intially reasoned the delay due to " server problem" and hence they couldnt complete in 2 days. Now its 6th week and their server isnt up yet!!! Do not waste money trusting these guys and their fake offers.

This is 100% fake company, no one should give money as advance. Do not attempt to send money online. Paid cash advance for last one year now no website and no money.
