SCAM ALERT! Avoid Next Insurance at all costs!

Total rip-off. I needed insurance for just a couple of weeks, but they charged me a FULL YEAR of service fees and refused to refund it. They hide these "non-refundable fees" in the fine print to steal money from small business owners. Support (Lynae N) was useless and just kept repeating the same script. Don't give them your credit card!

Good Coverage & Quick Service

The online (mobile) interface as well as the app are easy to navigate. I also appreciate that when necessary I can update coverage very quickly. The AI chat bot is impressively thorough.
