For "Perks at Work"

For "Perks at Work" : This is another example of deceptive practices where advertised discounts are misleading, and customers end up paying the full amount. For instance, activating a cinema voucher online costs £3 per ticket, and the system offers food vouchers that the cinema does not accept. A trustworthy reseller would notify customers to confirm if they genuinely want to purchase food vouchers intended for use at other cinemas.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. If you are a big company do not use this organisation. Similar to other reviews they shut down my account and messed me around for over 6 months withholding my cash the whole time. In the end they gave up and gave me points instead of my cash because they couldn’t make a bank transfer (yeah right). Didn’t offer anything for my time or trouble

Impossible to contact a human being.

Impossible to contact a human being. Support initially answer a query with a generic response and then ignore you.
Supposed cinema discount cost me more than buying from the cinema direct.
When I asked for a refund from NextJump, I was greeted by a wall of silence.
