RED ALERT!

This is in regard to a Star Wars ROGUE ONE Original Fur Detachable Hood Celebrity Jacket at a cost of $169. FedEx said they delivered the product on Friday, July 11, 2025. They included a photo of the package sitting on someone’s front door stoop. It was NOT my front door. I tried calling this company three times, leaving messages each time. I emailed this company four times, with no response. I called FedEx, and they said they would look into it, but that it was up to the ‘shipper’ to fill out the information so that I could get a refund. But that isn’t happening, so my money is lost. Now, I am contacting my bank to take care of it, but I want to let all of you know that this is a fake company out of China. They give several addresses, such as: 312 W 2nd St Unit # A843 Casper, WY 82601... This is a lie. There is no one at this location. The phone number (386-291-1861) just rings until you can leave a message. But no one calls back. They have an email address: (See website), but no one responds.

Having issues like this is bad enough, but even FedEx, which only offers a mentally challenged A.I. Bot that doesn’t understand anything you say, and will only send you to a live customer when thirty minutes of ask the same request at least twelve times in a row. And once you reach someone, guess what … They can barely speak English. FedEx not only runs a shoddy business, but they're cheap too. In the end, the FedEx people can’t even help you, and when your package is delivered to the wrong address by ‘them,’ they won’t help you. When I asked for a corporate phone number or an email, not one of these people knew it. And this is a multibillion-dollar company.

Shame on you, FedEx! You support the crooks and the enemies of America. Shame!

Bottom Line? Do not deal with NEXT LEATHER JACKETS. They only offer pie-in-the-sky photos of jackets that don’t even exist, and photos of the celebrities wearing them. It’s a fraud and a money grab of people who typically don’t follow through with their threats of retribution. I am not such a person. Guaranteed.

I have had 2 winter next Jackie's now and both time's the Zipes get broken with 3 to for weeks won't buy next Jackie's again

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a "Leather" jacket for my friend for Christmas, I ordered a men's size 2x. What I received was a cloth fabric jacket and the size was more true to a child size than an adult size and definitely not a 2x. This jacket fit my 12 year old daughter. I am highly disappointed in the purchase as they charged me $180 for this jacket. I tried contacting them via the number on their website and it says the number is not valid. I have emailed their support team and I am waiting on a reply. Their return/exchamge policy also charges you a restocking fee, which is rediculous when it is their error. I would not recommend purchasing from them as it seems like some people get exactly what they order and others do not.

Unfortunatelly I experience the same bad service as some others here.
Jacket I received (surprisingly quickly) is not at all what was advertised.

I purchased a 49er jacket stating leather sleeves . The leather is like cheap vinyl leather! Horrible wool too. Not at all what is advertised. I missed the reviews otherwise I would have never purchased. I spent $195 and now my credit card com is doing the investigation because they do not respond to your emails at all ! So Buyer be Aware ! they should not be in business. also read that they are not doing business in USA so no wonder they are scamming us.

Finally, a men's jacket made of high-quality leather with interior pockets. supple and light. I bought one for myself after receiving one as a gift. Excellent fit, excellent material, and perfect size!

Don't do it they selling knockoff coats cheap customer service horrible.

Terrible customer service. They won’t return my emails asking for a return authorization number and you can’t return a jacket without one. I’m very unhappy with the jacket and just want to return it for a refund.
Now I’m stuck with a jacket I don’t want

I purchased a leather jacket with a zip out liner and received a jacket with no liner that smelled like spray paint. They do not respond to messages and finally got a reply a month later after opening a credit card dispute. They give a big run around trying to get you to take another item or threatening to withhold $60 for shipping even though they shipped the wrong item. I have asked countless time for an RMA# but they will no longer reply to messages.

I am purchased Classic Leather Bomber Jacket, Very impressed with this jacket. Nice and warm, looks good too. Looked very dressy. I would highly recommend.

I bought some jackets from trustpilot. The jackets are very nice and the service are very fast too. Definitely I will recommend to my friends in future I will do more shopping as well.

Horrible horrible company stay away from them ! Selling counterfeit knock offs , and you won’t get a return also you will spend a lot to ship it back to Pakistan ! I lost out on $200 and stuck with a pice of crap coat knock off that doesn’t fit be sue sizing is incorrect not US.

I got my jacket. It is very thin and poor quality. Item description does not match actual jacket. They will not work with me on a return. The size is not US sizing.

Wow, I just received my jacket in four days. I've always wanted a jacket from my favorite movie, "Star Wars". The Large fits perfectly on me. Also, the quality of the stitching is made beautifully. I'll be ordering again in the near future.
