Very Disappointing and Inflexible Cancellation Policy
I have used this service several times in the past, but after this experience, I will not be using it again.
I was only one day late with my cancellation, yet I was charged the full amount without being given any possibility of a refund or even some flexibility. Most customer-oriented companies offer at least a reasonable grace period or try to find a solution in situations like this.
I find this policy extremely inflexible and disappointing, especially as a returning customer. This is the first time I have encountered such an approach, and unfortunately, it has completely changed my opinion of the service.

Nice app, works well, lots of choice, both in my native language (Danish) and English. Supposedly more languages represented, but I didn’t need to explore. I recommend it strongly.

Very nice and convenient:)
I have only tried the free tryout so far, but I really like how convenient it is to listen to books during walks or car rides. I only wish that it also showed how far % you’ve listened to in the books.

We appreciate your feedback regarding offline mode not working for all books. We will forward your feedback to our product team. Please note the following about downloading books:
- **Storage requirements:** A 10-hour audiobook needs about 300 MB of free space. Not enough storage can prevent downloads from completing.
- **Connection stability:** A stable internet connection is necessary for successful downloads. Interrupted connections can cause incomplete files.
- **Duration impact:** Longer audiobooks take more time to download. For example, a 24-hour book will require significantly longer.
- **Platform differences:** Android devices may download more slowly compared to iOS.
- **Hard logout effect:** Logging out manually and switching accounts removes all downloaded titles from your device.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
